IMB is a new symbology employed by the USPS® for automatically processing mail pieces. Today hundreds of mailers are taking advantage of this new invention. This new barcode offers more accurate and detailed information about mailings, plus participation in USPS special services that allow postal discounts, tracking of individual mail pieces, easier address correction, and more.

Bar Code Pro IMB has been designed for creating IMB symbols in EPS format which may be imported into many layout design and printing tools for high quality printouts. The features will include the ability to change bar width reduction for print gain compensation.

This product will be updated in the near future to include Information-Based Indicia (IBI), customized Code 128, Royal Mail Barcode (RM4SCC), and customized Code 93, for letters and flats, parcels, and unit load mail aggregates, and for mailing systems in foreign countries (Mac / Win). [top]
